I just meant that if I see a dish like &quot;Swordfish with currants and pine nuts&quot; listed on their web menu, I don&#039;t try to find that recipe in a book--I just modify my usual swordfish recipe with those ingredients. Cooking recipes from the books is a different path -- and just as pleasurable.</description>

		<description>The menus read like...well, let&#039;s just say they read like poetry. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Completely understand why you print the pages out - there are ideas inspiration to boot in those dishes.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I&#039;ve been under-whelmed by Chez Panisse Vegetables (illustrations aside) but might just go back and have another look.</description>
